A filmmaker of born and raised in Prince George’s County, native Dwayne Brown, 4-time Telly Award winner for Producer/Director, sheds some light on mental health and cancer awareness with this film we will be viewing this evening. Untold Secrets/The Flipside. He finds a way to create his own avenue to capture topics to further educate the community by bringing them to the big screen. The takeaway is to spark these conversations and provide tools to help those who may be caretakers, friends, and/or family to help support those who are challenged by these topics. Not only does the film touch on topics of mental health and cancer awareness but there is one more thing we hope you capture from the film. I now introduce to you, Mr. Dwayne Brown.
